A branch from this tree hit me in the head while I was talking to Lee Rodgers at camp. So, I took a page out of Jesus' playbook and I cursed it, stating that it would never grow figs again (see Mark 11:12-14; 20-25).As you can see, a couple of days later it appears that some of the leaves are wilting, and that there are NO FIGS GROWING!!! Is this a miracle???
Well...considering that this tree is a Japanese Maple, and not a fig tree..uh, no.
Either way, no figs. Don't mess with me, tree.
