So we DID go to the Pirates game!

Well, tonight after we saw Nick Poole and went to see the house we were planning on renting, we went to get something to eat with Jodi's parents. While at the restaurant, I noticed the Indians game was being played in Cleveland, so I decided to check and see if the Pirates game was on too, and it was!

On Wednesday, Walt Yourema heard we were going to tonight's game with Re:volution, and he gave me 4 tickets to the game that he couldn't use. So, the tickets were in my bag, there was still about half of the game left, and since I HATE to see good, FREE tickets go to waste...I took the girls and my nephew (TJ) & went to the game!

Walt said the seats were good, but WOW! Section 8, row C...3 rows from the rail near the visitor dugout! What I'm saying is this: today I found out that the players & umpires actually have faces from that distance!

After the game, the Cardinal's Bat Boy gave each of my daughters a baseball and we took them to the players gate to get autographs. Jack Wilson and Adam LaRoache both signed for them.

Tonight turned out to be a great night! Thanks for the tickets, Walt!
